1. Controller and scope
Ingenia Tech LATAM LLC (referred to as “Ingenia Tech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Policy applies to ingeniatech.io, forms, communications, meetings, and other business interactions we manage. Data processed through Activa 24/7 or another solution on behalf of a client is also governed by our contract and, where applicable, a data processing agreement with that client.
2. Information we may collect
- Identity and contact details, including name, company, role, email, and phone number.
- Information submitted through forms, messages, calls, meetings, assessments, or support requests.
- Business information required for proposals, service delivery, billing, and contract management.
- Technical and usage data, such as IP address, device, browser, pages, timestamps, referrer, and interactions.
- Information from clients, vendors, integrations, or public sources when lawfully required for a legitimate business purpose.
3. How we use information
- Respond to requests and arrange assessments or demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, perform contracts, deliver services, and provide support.
- Operate, secure, measure, and improve our website and solutions.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and unauthorized activity.
- Meet legal, accounting, tax, and contractual requirements.
- Send marketing where consent or another lawful basis exists, with an option to unsubscribe.
4. Legal bases
Depending on applicable law, we rely on consent, pre-contractual or contractual necessity, legal obligations, and legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving our business. Where consent applies, it may be withdrawn without affecting earlier processing.
5. Automation and artificial intelligence
We may use automation and AI to classify requests, prepare drafts, answer inquiries, summarize conversations, or support sales workflows. These systems can be wrong. Do not submit sensitive data, secrets, medical records, credentials, or unnecessary information through public forms or assistants. We will not rely exclusively on automated processing for decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects where law requires human involvement, notice, or appeal.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
The site may use strictly necessary technologies and, if enabled, analytics, measurement, or marketing tools. Embedded media, forms, and third-party content may set their own cookies. Where required, we will request consent before non-essential technologies are enabled. Browser settings can block or delete cookies, though functionality may be affected.
7. Vendors and disclosures
We may disclose limited information to providers supporting hosting, security, email, CRM, scheduling, communications, analytics, payments, automation, support, and professional advice. We may also disclose it to comply with law, protect safety or rights, investigate abuse, or complete a corporate transaction. Providers are required to process data for authorized purposes with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information for money.
8. Client-controlled data
When a client uses our solutions to communicate with prospects, patients, or users, that client generally determines why and how data is processed and we act as a service provider or processor. Requests about that data should first be sent to the company with which the person interacted; we assist our client as required by contract and law. Our services do not authorize clients to collect data without required notices, permissions, or lawful bases.
9. Transfers, retention, and security
Providers may process information in the United States or other countries, subject to legally required safeguards. We retain data only as reasonably necessary for stated purposes, legal obligations, disputes, and security. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
10. Your rights
Depending on residence, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection; withdraw consent; and opt out of marketing or certain sale or behavioral-advertising practices where applicable. We do not discriminate for exercising legal rights. We may verify identity and retain information required to document a request or apply a legal exception.
11. Children and sensitive data
The site and services are directed to businesses and adults and are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect children’s data or request sensitive categories through this site. Contact us if you believe such information was improperly received.
12. Links, updates, and contact
Third-party services have their own practices. We may update this Policy and will post a revised date. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to hola@ingeniatech.com. You may also complain to the competent authority in your jurisdiction.
